SHIPPING & FAQ

As some items are made to order they will be shipping from various suppliers and can arrive at different times. This also means there can be multiple postage fees so take note of this when placing your order. Average shipping times: Due to COVID-19, we are experiencing a slight delay in production times. Production is between 4-13 days, so please take this into consideration.  Apologies for any inconvenience! We are certain it will be well worth the wait! USA 4-13 business days / International 5-21 business days.

All items come with tracking that is send to you once product has been produced and is ready to ship. Please allow for anywhere within to 14 business days for product production and tracking to be generated.

As of right now, we do not sell in person. All items are sold online, but stay tuned as we are planning for various mini pop-up events in the Los Angeles area once things safely open back up!

If you are not satisfied with your order for some reason and to be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. You can send the item to our main office un damaged: 49 Saddleback Road. Rolling Hills, Ca. 90274. We are confident that you in fact will be happy with the product you receive!
